Until recently, the brothers from Canada did not have much help with regards to the administrative aspects involved in applying and all of that which comes afterwards. A w wabarakatu brothers this is just my opinion .I m strongly adivce those who r interested studying at madinah university u better go for umar and pray to Allah for help because he is the one who can truly help us . We are talking about $ 1600 and go dirctily to Islamic university but not by yourself . Get all u r documents that u need
and find some one who know or have

Is there a place I can keep my wife and kids while I study?
How do I go about getting a scholarship?
Are there apartments for rent near the school?
I am from America, Warren, Ohio, to be specific.
I am 22 years old, my wife is the same age and we have one son and one on the way. I am second generation Muslim and so is my wife. We are willing to do up to 10 years in Islamic school, the problem is our son is only 1year old and my wife is pregnant at the moment.

A w wabarakatu dear brothers, I’m American student who accepted and lots of us don’t have info,what to do and what to do not. It is very confusing and we need lots of help. Pls u guys try to send enough info to all this brothers got accepted. We have brothers lost or stuck with one thing here and their . I saw one brother got everything and he didn’t know he was supposit to send his visa to jamia to get his ticket and left behind .I felt pain in my heart but what can i do, all I can do is just make du’aa for them . It is up to u guys .pls all of u espacily American student get toghter and organize how to help your brothers and u r rewards rest with Allah .may Allah grant us what is best for us jzk!!!

Assalaamu Alaykum, I have a Saudi brother who lives in Madinah and will be dropping off all my papers at the University, inshAllah. Is this a good idea? Or would it be a better idea to apply online?
As I don’t have any offices near my location that translate into Arabic, I figured its better than he take the papers, get them translated in Madinah, and submit them.
Will the university be okay with this? BarakAllah feekom! I live in Upstate NY by the way. Alhamdella.

Im strongly encourage brothers to go their for Umar and pray to Allah and go their with u r brothers they will be more happier to see u that u make all this scarifies . JazakAllah kahyr for the quick response! Mabrook on your acceptance, I pray that we meet each other in Madinah and Jannah. Well by Saudi brother I actually meant Saudi friend, but he is my brother in Islam, Alhamdella.
I have a vacation now from Uni for December break, inshAllah I will try to find a company offering Umrah Visa’s for the winter vacation, do you know any? The only other time I would be able to visit the wonderful cities of Madinah and Mecca would be Summer, but they would likely already look at my application before then. Inshallah I will be able to make the trip.
I’m happy that brothers have already received acceptance. I pray that I receive my acceptance soon so that I can be so happy and begin the paper work. I hear that the paperwork can postpone you another year? If I’m accepted, inshAllah, in January; do many people get everything ready in time to start in September? Or do they wait another year?
InshAllah by Allah everything will be facilitated.
